Our effective Service & Maintenance team use the latest computer technology to pass jobs quickly to the service engineers PDA & laptop computers and we receive their 'paperwork' back electronically in seconds.

Have an annual service to prevent breakdowns

To prevent breakdowns we recommend the annual servicing of your central heating appliances. This helps ensure that not only are they safe & free of the potentially lethal carbon monoxide, but are running efficiently and therefore keeping your fuels bills as low as possible.

Are you a landlord?

We offer a very competitive and reliable service to social landlords and will maintain and service boiler systems in order that a landlord certificate can be produced for the safety of their tenants. We can offer a 24/7 service to customers on request.

All repair work under taken is priced before work is carried out; this ensures there are no surprises while the work is carried out.

Maintenance Contracts

Rule & Parker Ltd can offer service & maintenance contracts, so for a set monthly fee, we take the burden of looking after your central heating system.

Contact the Service & Maintenance Department today if your boiler service or other gas or oil appliances are over due a service.

Please note that repair quotes are NOT FREE & you will be charged a minimum 1/2 hour call out fee if we visit.
